Service status

Current phase: private beta preparation. The service is not yet publicly open — access is by invitation from the waitlist in paced weekly batches (this protects deliverability while sending volume ramps up).

Frequently asked

Why invitations and not open signup?

New sending domains must warm up volume slowly, or mail lands in spam folders. Paced invites are how we guarantee your sent mail actually arrives. Batches grow weekly.

When do I get my invite?

Weekly batches, ordered by waitlist position. Every person who signs up through your referral link moves you up one place.

Is mail being delivered reliably?

During beta we publish the two numbers that matter — bounce rate and complaint rate — with a standing commitment to pause invitations if either exceeds the safe threshold (2% / 0.1%).

What happens if something breaks?

Incidents are posted here with plain-language root causes. Mail is stored redundantly (D1 metadata + original files on R2) and nothing is auto-deleted before 30 days in Trash/Spam.

Where's the live status page?

A live status page (uptime probe + incident history) goes up with the public beta. This page carries the human-readable answers meanwhile.
