Terms of Service (draft)

Status: draft placeholder. The binding Terms of Service are owned by agent 07 and reviewed by the user before launch (beta-exit gate 3.6). This page exists so the link resolves; it will be replaced with the approved text before any account is created.

Summary of what the terms will say

This is an email service you pay for. You own your mail: the original message files are exportable at any time, and if the service closes you get 30 days' notice and a full export. We don't scan your mail for advertising, don't sell data, and don't run third-party trackers.

What we'll ask of you

• No spam, no unlawful use — outbound sending is capped per plan and abusive accounts are suspended (limits are published on the pricing table).
• Beta access is by invitation and can be withdrawn for abuse.
• Founding-member pricing ($29/yr Plus, $69/yr Family) is locked for the life of the account, including the future custom-domain feature.
